A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team at a nursing home in Neptune City, NJ. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Provide full-scope primary care to residents </li>
<li>Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits </li>
<li>Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care </li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Active NP or PA license in the state of New Jersey </li>
<li>DEA license </li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role </li>
<li>Nursing home experience strongly preferred </li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits: 
<ul>
<li>Highly competitive salary: $150,000–$155,000 annually </li>
