Now hiring weekend Baylor RNs & LPNs to join our team!

Work 24 hours and get paid for 32!! Shift requirements are 12 hour shifts ;every Saturday and & Sunday (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), get paid for 32 hours and only work 24. Full Benefit package also available including paid time off, medical, dental, paid holidays and more!

Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled residents
  • Diagnose and establish resident treatment plans
  • Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
  • Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Maintain accurate resident medical records
  • Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members
  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with legal requirements and facility Policy & Procedure (P&P).
  • Collaborate with supervisor to plan shift organization & job assignments.
  • Maintain unit stock and informed supervisor of unit equipment and supplies needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or long-term care preferred
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a current, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of New Hampshire and maintain current CPR certification.
