Northwest Talent Solutions is actively seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible General Anesthesiologists to join a high-volume, hospital-based practice in West Reading, Pennsylvania. This full-scope anesthesiology position offers a rare opportunity to work within a world-class medical facility, providing care across a broad range of surgical cases. The position supports both academic teaching and trauma services, creating a dynamic, mission-driven environment for new graduates and seasoned clinicians alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care across a variety of specialties, including:

  • Obstetrics

  • Trauma

  • Neurosurgery

  • Pediatrics

  • Cardiology

• Participate in team-based coverage of 35,00040,000 annual procedures in both inpatient and outpatient surgical environments.

• Collaborate with medical teams in a Level 1 Trauma Center equipped with:

  • 24 operating suites (including hybrid-capable ORs)

  • Emergency treatment and trauma bays

  • Pediatric-specific emergency care

• Contribute to resident training in an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency program (faculty appointment available).

• Maintain clear, accurate charting using EPIC EMR.

• Apply sound clinical judgment in emergent and high-risk scenarios.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania medical license.

• New graduates and candidates requiring visa sponsorship (H1B or green card) are welcome to apply.
