SUMMARY

Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Identifies and attracts qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels. Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Posts all jobs in the Applicant Tracking System; ensures postings are updated and accurate
  • Reviews resumes, conducts initial screening interviews to qualify candidates, and coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers and Team Members
  • Builds applicant pipeline by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; provides information on the organization and its opportunities and benefits; makes presentations; and maintains candidate rapport Manages the candidate experience and maintains strong candidate engagement throughout the recruiting and interviewing process
  • Promotes Corden Pharma as an employer of choice through recruitment initiatives and events
  • Assists in building a strong and scalable University relations program locally and nationally
  • Participates in job fairs, recruiting, and community sponsored events, including Universities and High Schools
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
  • Compiles data for analysis and provides recruiting reports
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred with 3 years’ recruiting experience, or a combination of education and experience. Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or related industries (biotech, medical device, life sciences).

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and write effectively for employees within the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and relevant recruitment systems and processes
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems, with ADP experience a plus, and various software applications (Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines required
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service support to a diverse workforce
  • Understanding of Human Resource functions, both technical and legal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with specific deadlines
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

SALARY

Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
