Pridestaff has partnered with a fast-growing start-up organization in the technology space who is looking to add a Purchasing Manager to their dynamic & collaborative team.
This role offers the opportunity to build and lead procurement strategy from the ground up while working in a startup culture that values innovation, agility, sustainability and integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end purchasing process for electronic components, recycling equipment, and related materials
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with business goals and sustainability initiatives
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while managing performance and accountability
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing structures, and supplier performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and logistics teams to forecast demand and ensure on-time procurement
- Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency, availability, and waste reduction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and vendor scorecards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven procurement or supply chain experience within the electronics or e-recycling industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a startup environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience using procurement tools and ERP systems
- Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required
