Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Schedule: Days or Nights Available | Rotating Weekends
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and monitor for changes throughout the shift

Administer medications and evaluate patient responses

Perform clinical procedures as ordered by providers

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments

Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective patient outcomes
Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care not required)

BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire)

Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills
