Employee Training Specialist


Job Description:

The Employee Training Specialist will guide the development of all employee job skills and ensure compliance with Quality System requirements. Work with leadership to develop and deliver training programs that are efficient and effective.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Create a structured training plan for all areas
  • Ensure training modules are delivered with high quality and meet all quality system requirements.
  • Maintain the training status of each employee.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

This position will be for 1st Shift

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Preferred experience is a minimum of 2 years in employee training and quality system programs.


LANGUAGE SKILLS

English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, quality document, customer documents and drawings, and internal procedures. Ability to write routine documents and correspondence.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Proficient with MS Office and other MS applications (Sharepoint, Planner, etc).

Must be 18 years of age or older.
