CDL Driver Compensation and Benefits

CDL Driver Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CDL License – Class A license and a good driving history
- Have transportation logistics experience such as determining navigation strategy, loading logistics to fit units set for delivery
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to pass adrug test and background check
Experience– 2+ years of Car Hauling experience (3-10 car haulers).
Please apply if you have worked in vehicle transport, car hauling, vehicle loading, truck operation, trailer operation, transport logistics, and load securement.
CDL Driver Responsibilities
- Drive different types of trucks/trailers (Car Haulers 3, 5, 6, 10)
- Drive Auto Carrier from origin to destination to deliver vehicles to Tricolor Reconditioning Center(s) or Dealership location(s)
- Secure each vehicle to the trailer using wheel straps and a ratchet system.
- Perform a safety inspection of the truck and trailer at the beginning of the shift and record it in the logbook.
- Ensure that the auto transport trailer meets safety standards and height and weight restrictions.
