In this role you will:

  • Be a part of the HealthySteps program
  • Support young children (0-5 years) and their families.
  • Provide prevention and intervention services.
  • Provide team-based care to families most at risk
  • Consult and coordinate with other providers involved in the patient’s care including LCHC providers, the PCP, and providers from outside agencies.
  • Offer crisis management services as necessary.
  • Perform comprehensive bio-psycho- social diagnostic evaluations with patients.
  • Create patient centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, provide case management services, and assess patients ongoing clinics needs and progress.
  • Obtain the opportunity to receive mentorship and/or provide supervision.
  • Qualify for Continuing Education reimbursement.

The successful applicant will offer:

  • Practicum and Internship experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of concerns in children and families.
  • Practicum and Internship experience consulting and/or collaborating with the various agencies that provide care for children and families.
  • Clinical license as a LCSW or LICSW or LMHC or Psy.D or PHD,
  • Master’s degree in field of study, with commensurate practicum and internship which focused clinical mental health practice.
  • Quality training and experience in evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques.
  • Utilize those skills to interact with patients/clients, team members and staff from other departments in a collaborative setting.
