Cold Stone Creamery – Pleasanton, CA is looking for one team member to join our friendly and hardworking team. Our store is located at 3010 Bernal Ave, Suite 310, Pleasanton, CA. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to work.
Job Description
You will help provide great customer service, serve customers, make ice cream and other products, and help with daily store tasks. Your goal is to create a friendly and positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Serve ice cream and other Cold Stone Creamery products
- Help prepare products such as ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, and pies
- Keep the kitchen and store clean and organized
- Make sure customers are always taken care of
- Work with team members to keep the store running smoothly
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation rules
- Use and clean equipment safely and properly
- Help other team members when needed
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more

Pay
- Starting at $16.90 per hour
- Higher pay may be offered if you have 2+ years of restaurant, cake decorating, or supervisor experience
Schedule
We offer a flexible schedule, but you must be available to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday unless time off is requested in advance.
