Job Description

Job Title: Assembler – Try Before Hire
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:45PM – 11:15 PM

Join a leading manufacturer in Green Bay as an Assembler! This try before hire position gives you the chance to grow with a stable company while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do:

Assemble a variety of manual and electric paper towel dispensers
Use hand tools and air tools for parts assembly
Rotate between different stations throughout the day
Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
Stand for up to 8 hours per shift while working with small parts

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow instructions and work with tools safely
Dependability and strong attention to detail
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
