A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to serve both an elementary school and an early learning center in Warwick, RI. This contract role spans the current school year and offers a valuable opportunity to support students' communication development during a maternity leave assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and tailored therapy services for elementary-aged and early learning students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as an SLP (CFY or CCC preferred).
- Experience working within school settings.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
