Job Description

Job DescriptionPosition Overview LHH is seeking an Office Manager for out client. The Office Manager will provide operational and administrative support during a leave of absence. This role is responsible for overseeing office operations, purchasing, invoice processing, and supervising the supply department to ensure continuity and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing of general office supplies and health?related items for nursing staff
  • Process and review invoices for multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
  • Handle general office mailings and administrative correspondence
  • Supervise and support two employees within the supply department
  • Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow during the coverage period
  • Maintain accurate records related to purchasing, invoices, and office expenses

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or purchasing
  • Light accounting experience, including invoice processing
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Comfortable stepping into an interim leadership role

Pay/Benefits:

  • Pay: $23/hr - $27/hr

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
