Responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assisting customers promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
  • Collaborating with team members to promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend insurance policies that meet their unique needs.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Must have Personal Lines or P&C licensed
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
  • A positive and inviting attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
