RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work varied schedule with flexible shift assignments
\n• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to organizational policies and professional standards
\n• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental needs
\n• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data while reporting abnormal results to physicians
\n• Formulate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
\n• Provide direct patient care, coordinate activities, and supervise healthcare team members
\n• Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to licensed and non-licensed personnel
\n• Document all nursing activities including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
\n• Participate in patient and family education, orientation of personnel, and quality improvement activities
\n• Required certifications: Current valid RN license, BLS certification, Wyoming DFS certification
\n• Must have minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting within past 12 months
\n• Physical demands include lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, walking, bending frequently
\n• Must maintain clinical performance competencies and annual validations
