Executive Assistant to President Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $55,000.00 /annually
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Manage complex executive calendar, meetings, and travel logistics, ensuring seamless daily operations for the President
- Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence with a high level of accuracy
- Act as a key liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and projects, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
- Anticipate executive needs, prioritize competing demands, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Executive Assistant to President Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience or 5+ years of advanced administrative support experience
- Proven experience coordinating international and domestic travel, including complex itineraries and last-minute changes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management systems
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience supporting senior leadership (VP level or above preferred), with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
