Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Support administrative staff with clerical tasks

  • Maintain security protocols for visitors and guests

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
