As a Financial Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping our internal customers understand business issues by providing insights and helping to develop a winning strategy. You will serve as a partner to Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, and other departments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, analyze complex financial data, and provide strategic insights to drive business performance.
Specific Job Duties Include:
- Drive standard work automation and process improvements.
- Create and analyze monthly and weekly clinic and regional reporting and operational metrics
- Maintain data integrity of company’s KPIs
- Work with key stakeholders as appropriate to consolidate and analyze revenue and EBITDA bridges
- Create financial models and complete financial analysis for decision support
- Variance analysis, budget development and forecasting, and monthly management presentation preparation
- Identify areas of opportunity and process improvement in areas of responsibility
- Leverage statistical and operational data to draw correlation between periodic operational and financial results, providing greater insight and decision-making abilities to senior management
- Help in addressing any ad hoc requests on a daily basis
- Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt quickly to business and economic changes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel
Experience, Skills, And Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel and Power Point
