What You'll Do:
- The receptionist acts as the first point of contact for all visitors to the community, and assists with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Some of your key accountabilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the building including answering questions, providing direction, notifying staff of visitors, and handing out marketing information.
- You will also assist the Business Office Manager and Marketing team with general administrative tasks including scheduling marketing visits, assembling packets and folders for marketing, move-ins, and new employee orientation.
What You'll Need:
- 1 year administrative experience preferred.
