Adecco is hiring immediately for Sonographers with our client in Palo Alto, CA. Weekly pay starting at $55.00-$88.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
As a Sonographer, you will perform ultrasound procedures under supervision to assist in diagnoses, ensuring equipment is maintained and functional, create and analyze images, perform Doppler scans, detect abnormalities, explain procedures to patients, follow infection control protocols, manage documentation and billing, collaborate with physicians, review patient histories, and may participate in research and equipment evaluations.
These Sonographer positions require a High School Diploma/GED, 2-3 years of experience as a Sonographer preferred is preferred, and ARDMS - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification. The positions also require the ability to interpret physician instructions and patient medical records to determine the appropriate ultrasonic procedure/test, proficiency in performing general abdominal, small parts, OB-GYN, and limited vascular sonography on a diverse patient population, and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and congenital/acquired pathology related to ultrasound diagnostic procedures. Familiarity with PACS network principles and other electronic medical systems is essential, as well as the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $88.00 per hour
