Construction Project Manager – Residential Remodeling

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who takes pride in leadership, craftsmanship, and delivering projects the right way.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate and supervise Trade Partners
- Maintain project schedules and job site logistics
- Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Monitor project budgets and raise scope deviations proactively
- Maintain daily job logs and photo documentation
- Work closely with Project Directors to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Participate in post-project reviews to improve systems and performance
Qualifications:
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- 2+ years managing job sites
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable working with scheduling and project management software
- Committed to maintaining professional job site standards
