About the Practice

The practice comprises 6 OB/GYN physicians, 3 certified nurse midwives, and a supportive staff. With a robust patient base developed over three decades, we have consistently delivered exceptional care to the community along the New Jersey shore. Our operations span three locations, with Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ, serving as the facility for deliveries and surgical procedures. This esteemed hospital system boasts a strong reputation, featuring women's health subspecialists, a level 3 NICU, and the da Vinci robotic system for advanced GYN surgeries. Practice Highlights

• 6 physicians and 3 nurse midwives
• Three practice locations: West Long Branch, Lakewood, and Middletown
• Monmouth Medical Center is a leading community academic center affiliated with RWJBH, featuring a level 3 NICU and robotic surgical options for GYN procedures
• Established practice with a solid patient base built over 30 years
• Office patient volume: approximately 25-30 patients per day
• Balanced focus on both OB and GYN, with around 10-15 deliveries monthly and half a day dedicated to GYN surgery each week
• Teaching opportunities available through the hospital's residency program
• Excellent work/life balance with a 1 in 5 call schedule, including weekend coverage

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary with potential earnings at the top of the specialty if partnership is pursued
• Starting with 4 weeks of vacation, increasing to 5 weeks in the second year and 6 weeks in the third year
• Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus of $30,000, plus a $30,000 retention bonus after one year
• Eligibility for partnership after three years of service in the practice

Compensation Details

• Minimum Salary: USD $280,000.00 per year
• Maximum Salary: USD $325,000.00 per year
