A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP). This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.
Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) Hours
- M-F 8am-4pm, no evenings or weekends
Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) Compensation
- The pay for this position is between $75.00 an hour paid weekly
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and provide primary care services to incarcerated patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment in accordance with state regulations.
- Respond to urgent and emergent healthcare needs within the correctional setting.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, mental health professionals, and correctional staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and security protocols.
