Job Summary:
- Unit Notes
- CERNER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- ALL MYJOURNEY MODULES NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. TRAVELER WILL BE PUSHED BACK IF ALL MODULES ARE NOT COMPLETED. NO EXCEPTIONS
- - Unit: Cath Lab Tech with X-ray experience
- - Shift: 8s, 10s, or 12's (every other weekend)
- - Certifications: BLS, CRT, ARRT, Fluoro - RCIS not accepted!
- - Call: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
- Cath Lab & IR
- Cath lab uses Siemens/Phillips would be helpful if Cath lab staff had experience with this equipment but it is not required."
- We have a charge nurse during the day and a circ nurse, who is basically the charge nurse after hours.
- Every other weekend, weekend call is also every 6th weekend
- One night of call per week The call crew stays until all cases for the day are done. They will have day off after call.
- Scrubs provided
- We have cardiologist and resp therapist on standby or working 24/7
- **Agency must provide rad badge for traveler**
- We do get ventilators, and have RT in the room for those cases.
- Pharmacy in house 24/7
- 8,10 or 12 hour shifts
- No floating required.
- 1-2 days of unit orientation
- " We use laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, Impella, IABP, FFR, angiojet.
- We are a STEMI receiving center, and do many STEMIs each month.
- They should be comfortable with critically ill patients. "
- Candidates must have experience with peripheral and coronary circ experience. If they know Merge, that would be a bonus.
