Position: Hospitality & Conference Coordinator (Global Law Firm)
Location: Midtown NY
Comp Package: Base salary to $70K, Paid Overtime, Full Benefits, Bonus, 401K+, etc.
Responsibilities for Hospitality & Conference Coordinator:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer within the Firm and to outside numbers
- Greet guests and walk them to the appropriate conference room, attorney’s office or visitor office
- Manage conference room reservations including reserving meeting space by using conference booking software, noting details including technology, A/V, catering, supplies and other support needs
- Assist with the creation of signage, name badge and sign in sheets for large scale client meetings and events
- Provide support to Catering and Office Services departments including arranging catering needs by acting as a liaison
- Order cars for attorneys and clients, as needed
Qualifications for Hospitality & Conference Coordinator:
- College degree is preferred
- 1+ years of prior experience in a law firm or hospitality environment is required
- Communicate with all levels of employees across all offices and multitask well
- Possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills
