Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity offers a unique blend of inpatient hospital and retail pharmacy experience in the Grand Rapids, MN area. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in both inpatient and retail pharmacy settings, ready to handle the dynamic environment that es with managing medications across these diverse areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prehensive pharmacy services in both inpatient hospital and retail pharmacy environments
• Accurately dispense medications in pliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and answer any related questions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate records and participate in inventory management
• Work variable hours within an established schedule from Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts (Pharmacy operating hours 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays)

Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist license in Minnesota is required
• Minimum of one year of experience in both inpatient hospital and retail pharmacy settings
• Strong attention to detail and excellent munication skills
• Ability to adapt to the variable schedule and fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts aligning with pharmacy operating hours
