Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the principles of our processes of warehousing, inventory control, logistics, and quality control procedures.
  • Gather and analyze data on inventory control and work instructions within the warehouse operations: This could involve collecting data from dashboards and reports, performing basic analysis, and identifying potential areas for improvement.
  • Support with troubleshooting and problem-solving during production runs, inventory control, and new work roles: This may involve assisting with identifying process issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating with team members to optimize warehousing, inventory, logistical efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain basic documentation: This includes recording process data, logging observations, and updating processes and work instructions.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols as outlined by the company: This includes following proper personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, practicing safe work habits, and reporting any safety concerns.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Student working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and preferably focused on Warehousing, Inventory Control, and/or Logistical field
  • High problem-solving skills and self-direction
  • Ability to work in a team or individual contributor

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Familiarity with Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Technical hands-on experience with Microsoft Office products

PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $24.00 hourly (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
