- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM); weekends as scheduled\n
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1950-$2060\n
- Charting System: EPIC (experience preferred)\n
- Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs\n
\n\nQualifications / Job Requirements\n

- Active RN license (West Virginia or compact) — Registered Nurse credentials required\n
- BLS certification (AHA required)\n
- Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg nursing experience\n
- Experience with orthopedic patients (hips, knees, shoulders) and PCA pumps\n
- EPIC charting experience preferred\n
- Ability to float to other Med/Surg units as needed\n
- Unexpired copy of driver’s license required for submission\n
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to post-operative orthopedic and neuro patients (fractures, elective joint surgeries, back & neck procedures)\n
- Manage IV fluids, medications, and PCA pumps for pain control\n
- Perform patient assessments, vital signs, wound care, and post-op monitoring\n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EPIC\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including Patient Care Techs and Respiratory Therapists\n
- Participate in unit orientation and function independently after initial training\n
- Adhere to facility policies, unit dress code, and safety protocols\n
- Work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled; float to other Med/Surg units when required\n
