Job Title: Reservoir Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Reservoir Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reservoir engineering with additional experience in drilling and completions operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reservoir engineering analysis, including reserves estimation, production forecasting, and decline curve analysis
- Develop and optimize field development plans for oil and gas assets
- Work closely with drilling and completions teams to design and optimize well programs
- Conduct economic evaluations and sensitivity analyses for capital projects
- Monitor well performance and recommend production optimization strategies
- Support drilling and completion operations by providing reservoir insights
- Collaborate with geologists, production engineers, and field personnel
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to management
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in reservoir engineering
- Demonstrated experience with drilling and completions operations or engineering
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software and economic evaluation tools
- Strong understanding of production optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a field environment
- Willingness to live in McKean County, PA (field-based position)
Preferred Qualifications
- PE license or professional certification
- Experience with unconventional reservoirs in the Appalachian Basin
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with field data acquisition systems
- Experience with artificial lift systems and optimization
Job Details:
Location: Bradford, PA
Pay: $60-$96/hr
