Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following rigorous ICU protocols.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Utilize advanced equipment and technology to support patient health.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly to guide ongoing care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families during critical moments.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and other critical care certifications preferred.
