Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for an opportunity to lead, mentor, and make an impact in the AEC industry? We're looking for a Professional Engineer (PE) to join our team in Sioux Falls or Brookings, SD.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Design and specify HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of projects.
- Develop construction plans using Revit and create detailed specifications.
- Evaluate existing building systems and provide expert recommendations.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC field specializing in HVAC and plumbing design.
- Proficiency in Revit for developing construction documents.
- Experience writing construction specifications and system design.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to assess existing building systems and propose efficient solutions.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in South Dakota or the ability to obtain within 3 months.
- Must be able to work on-site in Sioux Falls or Brookings, SD (this is not a remote position).
