What You’ll Do
As a Donor Engagement Representative, you will support nonprofit fundraising campaigns and community outreach efforts through live events and face-to-face engagement.
- Represent nonprofit organizations at fundraising events and outreach campaigns
- Engage directly with community members and potential donors
- Share information about charitable programs and fundraising initiatives
- Encourage participation, donations, and community involvement
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Support campaign execution and on-site event operations
- Track donor engagement and outreach activity
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet fundraising goals
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

- Strong communicators with a friendly, outgoing personality
- Comfortable engaging with the public face-to-face
- Positive, team-oriented, and reliable
- Interested in nonprofit work, community service, or outreach
- Able to work in fast-paced event environments
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
No experience required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or volunteer experience is helpful but not necessary.
