Your Role & Responsibilities

As the leader of our Customer Care Team, you’ll ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand values:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives

  • Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks for the department

  • Manage customer communications via phone, email, and other channels

  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and effective solutions

  • Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments

  • Ensure accuracy in customer records, reporting, and KPIs

  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and other departments to improve the customer journey

  • Drive team training, goal-setting, and performance initiatives

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience in customer service management or dispatch (industry experience a plus!)

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
