What You'll Do

  • Strategize & Execute: Develop a territory-specific business plan, identifying high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.
  • Build Partnerships: Become a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, delivering innovative solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Consult & Solve: Provide expert workforce solutions that help companies fill critical staffing gaps while positioning nin as the go-to partner.
  • Grow Your Own Territory: Youll have the autonomy to develop and expand your own territory, making this an ideal role for those with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Who You Are

  • A results-driven sales professional with 1+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (service sales preferred).
  • A strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and in-person client meetings.
  • A natural communicator who can confidently engage with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Highly organized and able to manage your own territory while driving towards ambitious growth goals.
