Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Aspire Senior Living New Florence

12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

PRN/Per Diem. Full-Time Day. Part-Time & Full-Time Night

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as needed

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, providing accurate and thorough documentation in our electronic medical records

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring our residents' needs are met and exceeded

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to improve resident outcomes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, family members, and caregivers, providing emotional support and education as needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

• Compassion, empathy, and a committed approach to providing exceptional care to seniors
