Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional Saturdays)

Your Role:
Are you a sales & customer service rockstar who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice of our company, helping clients with scheduling, service inquiries, billing, and more. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly while making every customer feel valued. You'll also play an important role in the sales process by providing proposals to customers and following up closing the sale. Sales experience a must!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the first point of contact—answer customer inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude
✅ Handle inbound sales calls, generate leads, and cross-sell services to potential customers
✅ Manage and optimize technician scheduling for maximum efficiency
✅ Work closely with field operations, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
✅ Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
✅ Keep accurate records using our customer service software
✅ Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and collections efforts
✅ Tackle additional administrative duties as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Outstanding customer service skills – You know how to connect with people and leave a lasting impression
✔ Sales experience - Must be able to prepare and send proposals and follow up to close the deal
✔ Excellent communication – Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Detail-oriented & organized – You can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat
✔ Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and a willingness to learn new software
✔ Team player – You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to help
✔ Bilingual skills? Bonus points! (Not required, but definitely a plus!)
What You Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support
