What You'll Be Doing
As the Payroll Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for hourly and salaried employees
- Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Handle payroll adjustments including bonuses, commissions, garnishments, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee payroll questions and issue resolution
- Partner with HR, Finance, and internal stakeholders to support payroll operations
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiencies
- Support month-end and year-end payroll activities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced payroll environments
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines with accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with payroll systems and Excel reporting is highly preferred
