What You'll Be Doing

As the Payroll Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for hourly and salaried employees
  • Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Handle payroll adjustments including bonuses, commissions, garnishments, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee payroll questions and issue resolution
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and internal stakeholders to support payroll operations
  • Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiencies
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll activities

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced payroll environments
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines with accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with payroll systems and Excel reporting is highly preferred
