Position Overview:

Asset Based Lending is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven DSCR Loan Officer to join our Inside Sales Team. This role is focused exclusively on originating Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans for real estate investors nationwide.

The ideal candidate is a strong salesperson who thrives in a high-volume environment, can effectively manage inbound and outbound opportunities, and is passionate about helping real estate investors grow their portfolios. This individual will work closely with our Inside Sales leadership team and leverage company-generated opportunities, marketing initiatives, referral partnerships, and self-sourced business to build a consistent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

· Originate and close DSCR loans for residential real estate investors.

· Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries.

· Conduct outbound prospecting to investors, brokers, and referral partners.

· Educate borrowers on DSCR loan products, guidelines, and financing strategies.

· Structure loan scenarios and collect necessary documentation.

· Manage loan opportunities from initial inquiry through submission.

· Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within CRM systems.

· Work collaboratively with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure an exceptional borrower experience.

· Consistently meet or exceed monthly production and activity goals.

· Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, coaching programs, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Performance Expectations:

Following the initial training period, Loan Officers will be expected to:

· Maintain a minimum monthly pipeline of $4MM in LTS Sent.

· Consistently generate new investor relationships and referral sources.

· Maintain lead response times in accordance with company standards.

· Demonstrate strong CRM management and pipeline hygiene.

· Meet monthly funded volume expectations established by management.

· Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with all internal departments.

Qualifications:

· Previous mortgage, real estate, banking, or financial sales experience preferred.

· Experience with DSCR, Non-QM, investment property lending, or residential mortgages is highly preferred.

· Strong phone presence and consultative sales skills.

· Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

· Highly motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and mortgage technology platforms is preferred.

Compensation:

· Base Salary: $50,000 annually

· Commission: Standard Loan Officer Compensation Plan

· Uncapped earning potential based on production
