- The HR Specialist must have active technical federal experience with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in staffing and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the human resources field, which may include, but not be limited to, HR Administrative or HR Staffing Assistant.
- Must have knowledge in Federal OPM staffing and merit promotion rules and regulations.
- Experience in using the USA Staffing system is strongly preferred (will train if needed but we strongly prefer hands-on experience.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities; excellent writing skills with specific attention to detail; and excellent customer service skills.
