JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking to add a Machine Technician to support equipment preparation and validation for manufacturing production. This individual should expect to spend a significant portion of their time on-site performing hands-on work, including robot programming, equipment inspections, and supporting activities across North American Manufacturing Companies (NAMCs) and suppliers. While the role is based in Princeton, IN, candidates should anticipate extensive travel—up to 70%—both domestically and internationally to locations such as Canada, Mexico, and Japan for training and project support. This person should bring excellent technical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to work with diverse teams across global operations. Training will be provided.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance or automotive manufacturing.
- 3+ years of automotive experience.
- Experience in mentoring and/or technical training.
