Position Overview
The Customer Service Manager will oversee a team responsible for handling orders, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to drive efficiency across processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the customer service team to meet goals and service standards.
- Oversee order entry, tracking, and issue resolution with accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with sales, logistics, and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage pricing, returns, credits, and warranty-related requests.
- Implement process improvements and tools to enhance efficiency and response times.
- Provide reporting and insights to support leadership decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
- Leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP or CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
