Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-FL
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Weekends: one weekend/month, will get weekdays off to balance out
Scrub Colors: Grey Scrubs
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
must have acute care, SNF, and/or IP Rehab\n
