Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.

• Oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires.

• Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Administer benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and leave policies.

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.

• Advise leadership on organizational changes, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity and equity.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in an HR management role.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Work Environment:

• Office setting with regular business hours.

• Occasional travel may be required for recruitment or training purposes.
