Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Hands-On Rehab at Home

Compensation: $42-$46 per visit

Job Type: Full Time and Part Time Hours available

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with Occupational Therapists to carry out care plans that help clients adapt, recover, and maintain daily living
  
• Use interventions such as adaptive equipment education, fine motor rehab, and cognitive training
  
• Encourage functional improvements through consistent client interaction and exercise guidance
  
• Join interdisciplinary care planning to ensure coordinated, high-quality services
  
• Ensure session documentation meets quality, compliance, and goal-setting standards
  

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota COTA license
  
• Reliable vehicle and valid MN driver’s license
  
• Strong documentation and team communication skills
  
• Passion for personalized, meaningful care in the home
