We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Field Marketing specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. This long-term contract position involves planning and executing demand generation programs to drive sales pipeline growth and revenue for the Field Sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage marketing initiatives, track lead flow, and analyze metrics to measure program success.
The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring demand generation marketing programs to grow the sales pipeline and revenue for the Field Sales organization. This role includes:
- Providing onsite execution support for marketing programs.
- Tracking lead flow to ensure timely follow-up by Sales channels with event attendees and campaign responders.
- Creating and managing program budgets.
- Measuring ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in executing multi-faceted event programs, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and understands the principles of sales, business, revenue, and pipeline management. Most importantly, they embody a Customer First Mindset.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with campaign managers, sales teams, and operations to optimize demand generation efforts.
- Execute marketing campaigns and events with precision and strategic alignment.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure seamless coordination among internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–7 years of proven success in Field, Product, or Digital Brand Marketing within an IT/ITES organization.
- Skills & Attributes: Rapid learning ability and adaptability to complex assignments.
- High energy, passion, and ambition.
- Strong self-confidence and ability to influence key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of modern marketing technologies and methodologies, including:
- Project Management: Coordinating events and campaigns across teams.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Timely and effective delivery.
- Content Strategy: Creating engaging content for thought leadership.
- Marketing Automation: Preferably Eloqua.
- CRM Systems: Preferably Oracle CRM.
- Lead Flow Automation: Concepts such as lead scoring, triggered campaigns, predictive scoring, and propensity modeling.
- Microsite & Landing Page Design: Familiarity with design concepts and technologies.
- Audience Segmentation: Analysis and use of segmentation tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities.
