Description: We’re expanding! We just had our best year ever and are tracking to beat it this year so we’re looking for a great fit on our service team. The Loyalty Specialist plays an integral role on our team, converting clients into RAVING FANS, by executing existing “positive contact” systems, working with clients to help with questions and needs, and create new systems to promote higher satisfaction. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, enjoys serving people, is good with details, likes to grow and be on a high-producing successful team, and enjoys working in an office environment.
Key Duties Include:
· Executing our Personal Insurance Review (PIR) process for all existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
· Entering client information into various databases and customizing message delivery to be sent via email, text, mail, and phone calls.
· Submitting auto, home, and commercial insurance policies to bind coverage as needed.
· Work with Manager to help create, systematize, and implement new marketing programs to include: client appreciation events, campaigns to networking partners, and more.
· Monitor and update our key performance tracking systems in either Excel or Google Sheets.
· Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences through building trust and developing strong customer relationships.
· Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims or products by following established agency processes and procedures.
· Charged to monitor and resolve updates coming into agency to include but not limited to: renewals, policy changes, reinstatements, cancels, premium changes, questions, etc.
· Estimates and quotes policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.
· Identifies and suggests complimentary products discovered through client interactions or data analysis.

· Customer service mentality
· Phone skills to build rapport, relate, and connect with our clients
· Proficient with Technology: Microsoft programs, Google Docs, Sales Force, and various web browsers
· Ability to keep track of many tasks and ensure all are 100% complete
· Strong initiative and follow-through skills
· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team as needed
· Prior office experience is preferable
Requirements:
· Willingness to obtain the Property & Casualty insurance license (if haven’t already). Don’t worry, for the right team member, we will help train and pay for the testing.
· Ability to work 40 hours/week from approx. 9:00-5:30 mostly in one of our offices.
· We’re a TOP 5 American Family Insurance team in Utah. One must be able and willing to push themselves to be their BEST.
Compensation:
· We believe in rewarding excellent work and results. The starting annual salary is $40k plus bonuses, commissions, 401k match, paid time off, and health benefit options.
· The option to work from home, 1 day per week, can be earned after 6 months
