Early Childhood Education Teacher (EEC Certified) The Learning Experience Natick


Location: Natick, MA
Pay: $24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

About the Role

The Learning Experience Natick is hiring a passionate and reliable EEC Certified Preschool Teacher to lead one of our engaging preschool classrooms. Our program focuses on building early academic skills, confidence, social development, and independence through hands-on, play-based learning.

This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys creating a structured but joyful classroom where children ages 35 can learn, explore, and thrive.

What Youll Do

• Create and lead a positive, well-organized preschool classroom environment
  
  
• Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experiences curriculum and daily activities
  
  
• Support early literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and school readiness skills
  
  
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication
  
  
• Work closely with your teaching team to maintain consistency and high-quality instruction
  
  
• Ensure classroom compliance with all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing standards
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (required)
  
  
• At least 6 months of experience in a preschool or early childhood classroom (1+ year preferred)
  
  
• Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
  
  
• Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  
  
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
