Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and target audience needs.

Brand Management: Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent messaging and innovative marketing campaigns across all channels.

Content Development: Lead content creation initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and return on investment for all marketing initiatives.

Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to support lead generation efforts.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) to track campaign performance and drive improvements.

Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions that drive marketing success.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with graphic design tools and principles.

• Knowledge of brand development and public relations is a plus.
