Job DescriptionDescription Simply Beautiful Smiles and Affiliate state-of-the-art dental practice at our Brinton Lake office is searching for an organized and patient-focused Treatment Plan Coordinator. The Treatment Coordinator serves as an advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care. The role is essential in securing treatment plans and coordination of financial resources and/or insurance requirements and billing practices. Additionally, this role assists the Office Manager in production goals and participates in greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and other office responsibilities as required. The Treatment Coordinator exhibits an efficient, knowledgeable and positive countenance to every patient experience.

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our patients, coworkers, and the public.
• Follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
• Answer patient phone calls following SBS’s Excellence in “Customer Service” Program.
• Check patients into the patient management system
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Ensure financial agreements are signed and scanned.
• Note in patient’s appointments; next day co-pays and balances to be collected.
• Collect all balances and co-pays.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Dentrix Enterprise experience
• Ability to work some nights plus a weekend or two each month
• Experience working with patients in a dental office
• Must be able to work in our office
• Flexible schedule
