Safety Manager – Lead Construction Safety Across the U.S.

Your Role as a Safety Manager
As a Safety Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing safety and health programs that ensure compliance and protect employees. Responsibilities include:

Researching, developing, and implementing safety and health programs (accident prevention, vehicle safety, confined space, audits, OSHA compliance)

Partnering with leadership to drive a positive safety culture and employee engagement

Monitoring compliance through inspections and audits of employees, sites, and equipment
-
Leading accident investigations, reporting, and worker’s compensation claim management
-
Facilitating mandated training and maintaining a proactive tracking and reporting system
-
Reporting on safety metrics, awareness, and best practices to leadership teams
-
Traveling regularly to job sites to maintain high visibility and engagement
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
-
5+ years of experience as a Safety Manager in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment practices
-
Ability to develop policies, produce reports, and lead investigations
-
Excellent organizational, observational, and motivational skills
-
Proven track record of cultivating a proactive safety culture
Certifications & Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred (experience may substitute)

OSHA 30 Construction required; OSHA 510 preferred
-
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

Work Schedule & Travel
